Cave Wave Car Wash

On 2/26/2026, my husband took my Toyota Land Cruiser (valued at $80k) to Cave Wave Car Wash for a car wash. He dried the vehicle and saw scratches all over the driver's side door and along the driver's side hood. Pictures were taken by Becky Barnett, an employee, and my husband. A customer damage report was completed at 10:56am before my husband left there; otherwise, according to their sheet 'Damage Reports must be filled out before leaving the premises and will be investigated within 24hrs of the accident'. My husband told me that the business would be in touch with us within 24 hours because that is what he was told on 2/26. They were under new management and assured me that it would be taken care of. (That is what their form says too.) We received no call or email from this business

This has been the best car wash place that I have ever visited in the past few years and I live in the DFW area. We paid $10 to get a wash and our truck came out so clean and the vacuums we strong. You also get to air up your tires, spray air freshener and armor all shiner. I wish we had this place in Dallas!!!

Yesterday during my visit to Cave car wash, a truck in front of me was recieving a pre-soak. The car wash operator noticed a large amount of trash in the truck bed. She (Addison) jumped up into the truck bed and removed the trash without hesitation. There are clear instructions that direct you to remove all items from any truck bed ahead of time. Despite this lack of attention from the customer, Addison attentiveness deserves some recognition! Cave car wash does provide an excellent service, but clearly their people care about the companies equipment! Great job and cuddles Addison!

Start off saying I purchesedb the $20 wash. They are very stingy with the soap chemical, hardy anything came out at all. They must be paying by the jug and not per car. Didn’t clean our car very good. Had to spend 20 minutes scrubbing it at the vacuum bays after finally finding a rag… Before you assume my car was super dirty, I’m from the San Antonio area and in town for a few weeks. We wash our car atleast 5 times a week if not more, (it’s in the way home and very convenient to swing by) with a graphene wash at the wash I work part time at. We washed it here on Friday. We washed back home on Thursday. Vacuums had little suction (compared to what we normally use). Out of the 3 employees, only one had any logos on, other two in normal clothes. Not one of them looked excited to be there. Out

Besides the fact that this car wash will not clean your car, it will scratch and damage it too. The owners of this car wash take no responsibility for the damage caused by their equipment. Do not use them.
