If I could give less stars I would. So depressing knowing that I’m stuck having to deal with these people until the car is paid for. Don’t waste you money here. It’s not worth the headache. Service department is an absolute joke. Day 3 into my vehicle and the check engine light came on. Took a week just to get someone on the phone to schedule a service appointment. Once they had the car back that i hadn’t even had for 3 weeks, they then had the car for 9 days with 0 initiation of communication, I had to call every day after not receiving several promised update calls. Once I finally got the car back after 9 days they had driven over half a tank of gas out of the car of course without replacing it. My partner bought a car from here about a week ago on a Friday and we made it not even 30 minutes into our hour long drive back home before the engine started overheating. We then stopped at an auto parts store and checked the fluids before realizing that there was absolutely no coolant in the reservoir. After filling the coolant we let the car cool off a bit and then tried to continue on our way back home. The car immediately started overheating again, we were then notified by another driver that the engine had started smoking so we pulled over where the car promptly shut itself off and would not start back up.
