Meagan and JR were very accommodating when I found myself overwhelmed from issues with my car and from my health. They were both patient and understanding, not pressuring me to do something I couldn't at the time, nor had the financial means to do. I appreciated how quickly the team completed the brake job and how promptly they followed up afterward. The turnaround time was great, which I truly value. Unfortunately, the original issue wasn’t resolved, as the screeching noise continued after the repair. What was especially frustrating was that when I picked up the car, a staff member heard the noise herself and even said, “Oh no, that doesn’t sound good. Bring it in and we’ll take care of it.” She also mentioned that it smelled like fluid. That left me confused — that’s exactly why I brought it in to begin with. It made me question whether the issue had been fully diagnosed in the first place. I would just like to say I took my car in because when you mashed the brake. It was shaking the whole car. They said it was the rotors, so they put new rotors on. They said when I got it back, it was in worse shape than what it was before. I brought it in. It was shaken, really bad, had to take it to another mechanic, and it was the rotors. And they said they had not fixed the rotors, but charged me for it. Also, my AC wasn't working. So they claimed they put a new compressor it worked for maybe 2 months & started blowing hot air again. So I called them & they said only 30 days. That's insane all the money I lost & they didnt do nothing but rip me off. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IVE RECENTLY FOUND OUT THEY DO ALOT OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

Went to C&C for my complete oil change service. This is my favorite place for taking my truck. They are friendly, professional, and always working to get the longest life from my vehicle. They quickly diagnosed my water intrusion problem and recommended real affordable solutions. Thanks as always.
