Got there ahead of schedule and proceeded to wait. After about 20 minutes was told my vehicle was "throwing" a code that indicated the need for a transmission service. I declined, but asked what the specific code was. Looked it up and that code was an indication for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess me being a woman, they thought I'd cave to an unnecessary and unneeded service. Two hours later, I enquired about when my car would be finished. I recently had an excellent experience at the service department at Honda Cars of Aiken, and it was due to the exemplary customer service that Colby, one of their service advisors, provided. I brought my wife's Honda Pilot by right after lunch; her sideview mirror was cracked, and I was hoping they could squeeze me in. At best, I expected to wait while a technician figured out what part to order, and then have to come back for another (likely expensive) repair appointment later on. Instead, Colby took a quick look at the mirror, called a repair technician over right then to confirm his diagnosis, checked with the parts department to confirm that a spare mirror was in stock, and had it replaced right then and there! garbage experience absolutely terrible will leave your car in the parking lot for an entire day and deny fixing a broken cv axle saying outside damage when there’s none with a car under warranty just so they don’t have to look at it and referring to insurance.

It was easy to schedule my service online and it seems like they did a good job. I had the check engine/transmission light on which required a part replacement. The parts required were priced at fair market value and the labor costs were reasonable. They were transparent about the costs and clearly explained the purpose and importance of the part. Amber was my service advisor and did a fantastic job!

I'm not leaving the service Department of five star review because of the work that was done, because, to be completely honest, that process was frustrating. There were multiple mistakes made, but the reason I'm leaving them to five star review is because of the service that was given afterwards. They made every effort to fix the mistake, even after I had driven off and noticed another one. They made every effort to ensure our satisfaction with my vehicle and offered their compensation for my time, even though they were technically closed when I called back 5 minutes later.
