Listen - Craig Martin, Field Sales Manager & C&C Lift Truck came through for us. We have typically used them for forklifts but one day, I reached out to Craig to mention that we are looking for a shrink wrap machine. He told me to let him see what he could do for us. He found us the machine a great deal within one day. He took the search time away from me and looked out for Frensco Building Products. Just like Frensco- we don't sell products- we sell service. We appreciate you and C&C! By the way, we just bought 4 new forklifts as well.

Really poor communication and lead time, and no support post-sale. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I've been trying to acquire a manual for a recently purchased fork lift for 24 days and counting. I need the manual because they sent us the incorrect charger with a new forklift, and we have to figure out how to hook up electric service to the incorrectly powdered charger.

Brand new forklift purchased from C&C started leaking coolant after 11 months. Billed for repair as the warranty has expired. Great place to get nickel & dimed.
