CDE Collision Centers - Bolingbrook

I truly hate to post this bad review. It’s so much to post but I’ll simplify it. This process took such a long time and they had my vehicle for months. This place is truly a rip off and over priced. If you have a high end vehicle be careful and shop around for reasonable repair shops with creativity. I’m not going to chalk it up as that only but also for me being an Afro American woman (be mindful and careful). My car didn’t have as much damage as they claimed. I had accident and took pictures at the scene but when my vehicle got to their shop and I came to inspect there were more damages after the hit and run. Unfortunately I had to pay in both ends but here we are and I can’t really cry over the milk spilled but I’m asking all to be mindful of where you take your vehicle. The

Went in for 2 small paint chips and 1 door ding. After repairs, there was still visible damage on 2 spots, and they completely forgot to repair a third spot. They promised to make it right. After second attempt, 1 spot still had visible damage and overspray of clear coat. They again promised to make it right. However they stopped returning my emails. My paint is still not fixed. Communication was horrible throughout.

I want to thank everyone at CDE for the incredible job they did with the repair of my car. Ray the head mechanic was such a great help and assured me that my car would be in the best of hands. Definitely ask for Ray when you are there. Kim at the front desk is so sweet and helped me through the whole process, as this was my first accident. They also helped me through the whole insurance process and made sure the quotes were setup and correct. They understood how special my car is to me and assured me everything was going to be fixed properly and at the highest of quality. I highly recommend going to Bolingbrook CDE. Thank you again for the fantastic service.

fantastic customer, friendly, quick and to the point. Also have ways to schedule apts and estimates without having to wait to talk to someone, etc. They keep you updated with texts and emails but don't overdo it, either. The work is superb and not only is it done well, but it done beautifully with a detail, car wash and WAX afterwards. Very happy with the work they did.
