No professionalism at all!!!!!! While talking one the phone I was promised 4 things. Of course just to get my business and money. I work close to the business so I went to get my brakes done because of the convenience, 1. Wasn't able to get an Uber back to work because I came on my lunch break because all the Uber accounts were cancelled, got a ride back in an employee's filth car and was promised my car would be done before 2 pm, the price would be priced matched, the inspection would be waved due to me have a receipt for prior work that was done and I will have a ride @2 to return back to the business at the end of my shift. 2. My car was dropped off at 10am for brakes and rotors. When I was picked up after 2:30pm I then found out that my car was just getting started alittle after 2 a

Quick and easy. John, the manager, provided a number for a tow truck to bring my car in. Videos and price quotes were sent via text where I approved the services. I even paid via phone. It was a very good experience for me since I was busy at work. I just picked up my SUV - all fixed and ready to go - at night (after hours) in front of the shop.

I was able to get a super fast appointment for a weekend for an oil change. Prompt and courteous representatives helped me. The new manager was also there. The mechanics were fast and thorough. While there, I was shown other things that could be changed but were not safety concerns at this time. I’m not sure if I will be getting a different car anytime soon or not, so deferred the other things at this time. Thank you! Highly recommended.

The dealer told me I needed new brake calipers so I brought my car to Meineke for a competitive estimate, which was texted to me and included images of everything they suggested fixing/replacing. Why Meineke? This location rebuilt brake lines for me a couple of years back and did a fantastic job. This time they replaced the calipers, the brake pads, and serpentine belt for a good price--same day without any fuss. Thanks to John and the rest of the team there.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality care that I receive here! They go above and beyond what is expected, present a thorough analysis of potential issues, and offer solutions and pricing with absolutely no pressure. John (at the front desk) is excellent at setting expectations, finding the best ways to care for my car, and communicating with customers with a genuine desire to serve. FIVE STARS!!!
