Had a great experience at CDP Automotive getting my brakes, steering and suspension, and air and cabin filters taken care of all in one visit. The technicians were knowledgeable and upfront about what needed to be done and why. Work was completed in a reasonable time and the car feels noticeably better on the road afterward. Pricing was fair for the amount of work done. Only minor gripe is the wait time was a bit longer than quoted, but the quality of the work makes up for it. Would recommend.

Noel is honestly hands-down, pound for pound, without a doubt, one of the most amazing guys you’ll ever meet. He’s hard-working and honest. Extremely intelligent and knows what he is doing. He will never steer you in the wrong direction. He is an asset to the town in city of Agawam. If you ever need anything done on any car that you have, do yourself abd the car a favor and book an appointment with him!!! Noel, seriously, Thank you so much for all the hard work you put in and that you have done for me and my family on our cars and thank you for being genuine and honest. Incredibly honest and knowledgeable. Noel took apart my brakes and went through a full tutorial on the system/issue i was having. Car was fixed promptly and was reasonably priced.

Had an excellent experience with Noel. He’s a very honest hard working mechanic with very reasonable prices. I wasn’t sure what was causing the noise in my car. Noel waited for me after hours to take him for a test drive to diagnose. He worked late on a Saturday to make sure I had my car back for Monday morning. He even collected me at my house when finished while doing a test run. I will be going back if I ever run into mechanical issues again.

CDP is my new go to shop. Had an alternator issue, replaced it. Car still didn’t run. So I brought my Bravada down here. They ran all the tests the needed to, found out the alternator I got was junk. Took care of me, didn’t rip me off. Will only be going here from now on.
