I could not have had a better experience at Sarat Ford buying my Ford Raptor. I live in New Jersey and traveled 4 hours to test drive. Matt had the vehicles ready and waiting for me so I could efficiently select the right vehicle for me. After deciding, Matt answered my million questions and provided me with everything I needed to come back a week later and purchase my truck. Nate was fantastic in getting all the financing paperwork ready and waiting for me to sign and drive. I wish I lived in Massachusetts so I could buy all my vehicles from this dealership. Fantastic experience, 10 out of 10.

I have been a wholesale customer at Sarat at least 20 years and they have always been great. I recently bought a ford maverick and it got damaged. I was worried it would take awhile to get parts because they are relatively new. I got everything the next day and the parts are very reasonable
