Cecil Pines Adult Living Community

We have been here for two years and initially we were very pleased. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive the same cannot be said of the Leasing Staff. You are treated very well during your initial contact with the Leasing Staff once you become a resident you get vagues answers and one of these options; leave, pay more rent, or wait for another incorrect answer. Make sure they tell you about Rob’s Place the Bar and Grill that stays open till 2am every night of the week. We asked for help to prevent the opening of the bar and the staff response was they did not want make waves for the city. Fabulous..just what we have been looking for and more. Quiet, lovely landscaped! Perfect floor plans inside for adult living. We loved the duplex, but they have other options. They do have a waiting list, but worth the wait. For us, the sooner the better to a home from our prayers. The staff covered every question we ask. The sooner the better to become family in this community.

I am not a resident but have attended some of their events a few times. The staff is very friendly and keep the grounds very clean. They have socials for their residents and an awesome annual car show in the fall that raises money to support the American Cancer Society.

I've had the pleasure of working with Christina and her team at Cecil Pines recently. They really care about their residents and their visitors.
