Wow what a phenomenal experience and also a great learning experience!!! I arrived at Cedar Creek automotive to get a transmission, flush and fill and one always worries going to Automotive places, especially for the first time, about the integrity, reliability, and professionalism that exists at the Auto place you are about to go to. Chris greeted me when I came in wrote up my vehicle introduced me to the manager and had my vehicle back in the shop, they let me know along the way where they thought the leak was coming from and showed me and I ended up adding an oil change to my list finding out that it was also 2000 miles overdue and that was where the leak was coming from was the O-ring around the drain plug. Friendly service, estimated 2 hours - 2 1/2 hours for the work to be done. They were done 1 hour 40 minutes. I absolutely love places that do the work in under the time frame given and the work was done properly!
