Ordered a swap kit for LS and paid for express shipping (2day shipping) should of received them by Friday the 15th. Or sat the 16th. But tracking now shows the 20th. 4 days which is normal delivery time. If I had known I would of never paid the express shipping and planed around that. And tried to contact them, mail box is full, emailed them and left my phone number so we can resolve this. Got a return label via email.but I have not even received the parts yet! Sucks that I am the one to have this experience with them but it happens. Never even offered to refund me what I paid for the 2 day shipping. I had to go another route
Jim and his crew do great work. All professional and a great attitude. Always make me comfortable asking dumb questions. =) My car is the Studebaker they are working on. Jim is very knowledgeable and give you choices to get things done right and safe.
Quality made products and great customer service. Will gladly give them more business wherever possible.
