Highly recommend Cedar Cross Service very solid folks I had 2 control arms and alignment done it took slightly longer than expected but it’s not there fault my car was in a accident prior to me owning it which made it difficult to get my alignment perfect but they did the best they could. They still had my car ready to go and fixed the next morning before work so I’m thankful for that and will be returning for any other work I need as their prices are really competitive to a lot of other auto shops in town and take their customers seriously very kind folks to work with thankyou again Sam and Emma and the crew keep up the great work!

This is probably the most honest shop I have been to in years. I had been taking my vehicles to the dealerships and feeling like I have been getting upsold on repairs over and over. My first time in the shop I over heard them tell a customer something along the lines of "it was a easy fix, dont worry about it" when it came to the bill. So far I have had them work on all three of my vehicles and not once did I feel they were not being honest with me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a independent shop.

I have been going to cedar cross for years with my current vehicle. Sam is beyond amazing!! I took my truck in for brake replacement. He called me during the process and let me know the extent of my truck issues. Instead of fixing what I thought was a brake issue, he let me know my truck was near the end of its life. No unneeded repair costs. Huge thank you to Sam!!!

Horrible place to take your vehicle. I was charged over $100 for them to hook my truck up to their diagnostic computer. Once they figured out that my truck needed to have the transfer case repaired I was informed that they do not repair transferases. I also already knew it was most likely the transfer case due to the truck not going into four-wheel drive and I'm sure they did as well. Upon looking at my bill, there were multiple charges added on that were never approved by me. These charges included windshield washer fluid, antifreeze, shop fee, material removal fee. I have never been to a shop that charges the customer so many hidden fees and where the mechanic adds fluids to your vehicle and then charges you without your permission first. I have my own fluids at home and did not need the
