Celebrate by Del Webb

We're very glad that we moved to Celebrate By Del Webb In Fredericksburg Virginia. It's so beautiful, wonderful and peaceful... I will recommend anyone for the experience and comfort of living 55 and old area. You know What my friends was very excited of the community and area not so much of the commute, by all in all was happy!

We met with Del Webb’s friendly and knowledgeable agent, TV. We saw the beautiful model on site. We choose a lot to build on. We even met some of our new neighbors the same day! Since then, we met Jamie at the design studio. So far it’s been a very fun experience. The Riverside lodge on the property is huge( 30,000 +Sq ft). Saw a nice size indoor pool, gym, indoor track and many large meeting rooms. We see that soon, the neighborhood is to be a gated community. (Discount on our home insurance 😉). Delivery of the home is around 5 months or so. No hidden charges. Compared to Maryland, we are getting SO much bang for our buck. So excited to live in Celebrate!

House is sturdy. Some of the design wasn't well thought out; no place for a towel bar by the shower, front and basement doors open into each other. As more houses are being built, the lodge will be overrun and parking will become an issue. Warranty needs met in a timely manner.

From choosing our plot of land through receiving the keys to our new home, we received impeccable service, updates and care. Thank you Del webb of Fredericksburg, VA for a memorable and great experience.
