Cen-Tex Towing

This weekend myself and 3 friends were all stranded in Texas after our engine blew on the interstate. We were literally stuck on the side of the freeway. Les showed up with a tow truck, took us to the auto shop, waited outside to make sure we were okay, helped us get to the car rental company; and overall went above and beyond. He made all of us feel so much better knowing that we weren’t alone in our crappy situation. He left us with his business card and ensured us that we could call him if we needed anything. Long story short, his help made the biggest difference in our situation. IF YOU NEED A TOW TRUCK CALL THESE GUYS!!

Despite the key being provided directly to the owner by my sister, the owner asserted she was not present at the time of the incident and imposed a $50 key replacement fee. This charge was not reversed even after the original key was located. Additionally, the owner applied a separate $50 fee for sending a letter and a $3 surcharge for the credit card transaction. Furthermore, the owner arrived approximately two hours after the agreed time. It should be noted that the owner was contacted by the police officer responding to the scene, not by my sister. The collective charges and circumstances suggest a potentially inequitable practice of leveraging an accident situation for financial gain.

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. Also, great prices and service that would justify paying extra, even if they had high prices. Les was the awesome guy who helped me out. I had a blown tire and was stranded on the side of I-35. He got to me quickly and towed my car to a safe area. I wasn't sure if he was going to help me get my spare tire on my car, but he didn't hesitate and started to work efficiently when we were off the highway. Not only did he put my spare tire on for me, but he also showed me everything he was doing and taught me how to do it for myself, if there was ever a next time. After getting my tire on, I was already ready to praise Les and Cen-Tex with a Google review, however, he then preceded to follow me to the nearest gas station and fill up all my low tires for me.
