Had a wonderful experience! They patched my tire quickly and at a reasonable price. Had me in and out within the timeframe I was given. Great customer service. I was listening to the employee who helped me help other customers. He really cared about the customers and ensuring they get the best service at the best price. He didn't try to upsell. I formed trust in him and Center Automotive and will likely return to Center Automotive in the future.

Went in for a state inspection. Nice easy access to parking lot, very nice lobby area for waiting, excellent service desk. I overheard that they found a dead plate bulb - they replaced it for me without mentioning it or charging me. That struck me because I have been hugely ripped of by another place in Needham for exactly the same thing. It seems to be an honest really well-run professional business, and I will definitely go back there for service. I've been to a few other places in Needham for this type of service, and this one is the best.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got four new Michelin tires put on my car today and was very impressed with Eric’s communication. The facility is clean and professional, and the quality of work speaks for itself. Everyone there carried themselves with professionalism and pride in what they do. I highly recommend this place. My wife is actually going in next week to get four new tires of her own and to experience the same great service she has had there in the past. We are very happy customers, past, present, and future, and I strongly suggest checking them out.

We’ve really been enjoying the customer service we get from VIP Tire Service of Needham. We’ve been going to this business for decades, starting back when it was Center Automotive, and when they sold the business we stuck with the new owners. The level of care and attention we get is identical to what we received from Center. They remain very efficient and fair in their pricing and in the turnaround time for repairs. From what I understand, many of the same mechanics and techs who worked for Center are still there. So when we bring our car in, it’s more likely than not that someone recognizes our vehicle and has worked on it before, which is always nice. I would recommend VIP to anyone in town.

I was quite pleased with how I was dealt with. The people at the front desk were very informative and polite. If the repairs they did reflect my experience at the front desk I’ll be very pleased.
