I took my Tesla MY in here to fix a damage following a small accident where I was not a fault. I brought it in for an estimate, cleared this with the insurance and then scheduled a date where I can drop off the car. I did had to write a personal deposit check of $500, but after the repair was complete and the insurance fully covered for the repair, I was given back the $500 in the form of another check. Overall, the repair is top-notch. They repaired everything and even included the PPF that I had originally on the car. It's my understanding that they worked with the insurance to make sure all the cost was covered. I was not involved in any of those communications. They cleaned up the car inside out as well.
