I had an oil emergency, and the nice man at Napa told me this was the best place to go to. He was right! The staff were so polite, easy to understand and very honest. My unscheduled oil change took maybe 20 minutes! They asked me my preference on what type of oil and patiently explained the differences. They did a standard check of the car told me the cost ahead of time and even vacuumed my car! I highly recommend Center Street quick lube! They have my business. Jody

Horrible Experience - Stay Away! I trusted Center Street Quick Lube to perform a routine oil change before a weekend road trip, but their negligence cost us hundreds (possibly thousands) of dollars in damages and left us stranded on the side of the interstate in another state the very next day. Center Street Quick Lube used the wrong oil filter and gasket on my vehicle, which has less than 30,000 miles on it, causing the vehicle to lose all of its oil on the highway. Our car had to be towed over 30 miles to the nearest town, and I was left scrambling to cover repairs on a Saturday afternoon in a small town (when repair shops are closed for the weekend), all because they couldn’t handle a basic oil change properly.
