Based on all the positive reviews, my daughter selected to take her car to be checked for the engine light. She made a 9 am appointment and we dropped her car off before 8 am. She received the estimate around 3:30 and it was very expensive for the labor costs and the parts mark up (like 200-300%, maybe more). We decided to pick up the car without being serviced and they offered to reduce the labor costs from 4.6 hours to 2.6 hours. We declined. If you go here, review the estimate thoroughly.

The staff and technicians at Centerville Automotive are always professional, thorough, and honest. I have complete confidence that any issue will be accurately diagnosed and properly repaired. They clearly explain the problem, outline repair options, and offer fair, transparent pricing. Above all, they truly take care of both the customer and the car.

Found my new trusted automotive shop in Centerville! I used to use a shop closer to Dayton, but Centerville Automotive is much closer and more convenient. Staff is super friendly, trustworthy and does a great job explaining and communicating throughout the process (thanks Justin!). First time I was in, no issue was found so there was no charge. Second time I had quite a few things done (tires, oil change, 100K mile service, etc). Work was explained and completed all at a fair price within a reasonable time. I will definitely return for any future work or issue with my now fleet of cars.

Good timely service. Customer service was exceptional! Talked with Justin and he worked with me and our family about a persistent car issue and what the shop can do to address these that we both agreed on. Shop definitely values relationships with customers.

Took my car in for a timing belt replacement. Although they were backed up a couple of weeks, they were able to get my car finished in a few days!! Justin, the shop manager, is very helpful and super friendly. Thank you for all of your hard work!! It’s hard to find a shop that I trust-especially being a female. I will use them again in the future!!
