This car lot is VERY unprofessional while I was looking at a vehicle a client came in cussing the owner out because she was promised her vehicle would be fixed while they continued to go back and forth in front of me cussing each other out I asked to speak to the owner to ask him Questions about the vehicle I was thinking of purchasing and and he declined my purchase because he said “I talk too much” he gave me my money back but today I received a text that I was late on my car Payment so i called and the women that answered asked if I purchased a car which is something they should know when I asked where the lot was located she hung up in my face. So this makes me think they are doing something fraudulent with my personal information now they have blocked my number and I can’t get ahold o

Vary unprofessional my car was repossessed in an unmarked vehicle and I went to get my items that where left in the vehicle and they can't find any of my belongings I have 3 kids and all their birth certificates and social security card where included in those belongings my birth certificate and social security card where in the car as well

Im going on my third vehicle and what I have to say you may read carefully, Mac and the family at central auto have been absolutely amazing to me over the last six years plus I’ve been doing business with them. Now if you’re looking for a push over keep stepping but if you’re looking for someone to build a car buying relationship with and be treated like family and not like a piece of cash then stop in and see for yourself. I’ll be getting my fourth from here in the future as well!

Very unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone, I’ve also gotten my water pump fixed by them 3 times and it’s still messed up. They tell me to come to the shop to sign papers and I’ve been up there 6 different times where they told me what time to go and nobody is there and when I ask to speak to the boss they say he’ll call back and he never does and that’s happened over 10 times. I also have family who goes here and they all get really bad service here and nothing ever goes well

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS The business (if you can call it that) should be shut down immediately. The “owner” partakes in scamming and fraudulent activity preying on people for money who are already in a financial crisis. This “dealership” sold one of my family members a faulty car, 4 months ago for $10K, entirely overpriced for a high interest rate and high payment knowing full well the car was faulty and had a salvage title on it (as he later mentioned) with a 30 day warranty. The car recently broke down not even being six months with new driver and needed a bunch fixes.
