The mechanic I interacted with is confident with his experience and knowledge. He answers questions clearly and directly. No hard sales crap. No turning a vehicle away because it's too old. Will definitely bring my mechanical work here in the future.

I stop in this place to see about having my car checked out. He told me he would have to make me an appointment and drop it off, test drive and then let me know. I then ask him what this would cost me. He said it’s starts at 75.00 and go up from there. He was so rude when he was telling me this. I told him I had been screwed over by a dealership and I wasn’t going to let anyone else screw me over again. He proceeded to tell me that this wasn’t wish’s and dreams. I didn’t even let him finish before I told him never mind and that he had a bad attitude and I left. I wouldn’t ever go back there. I’ve never been talked to like he talked to me from a business where I would have brought him work. I would never recommend this company. Maybe this guy needs some people skills.

Matt provides friendly, quick service. His estimate range for the timing belt and water pump kit was reasonable. The leaking cam seal was also replaced. When all said and done, the actual cost nearly beat the estimate. Now my engine hums. Thanks Central Florida Automotive!
