Safeway Towing

Had to get the car towed from lake wales 1st and JA dr Wiltshire rds. Driver Eli was there in 10 minutes. He was friendly, very informative and professional. Took pictures of the vehicle and handled everything that made the experience less stressful. Great job!!!

After an afternoon filled with unexpected events, Safeway Towing made everything great. When I called the office, the owner answered, and she took the time to listen to me and ensure I was okay. I had been waiting for Alpine Towing for the past two hours with no progress, but Safeway came to my rescue. John, the driver, was excellent. He made sure I was safe, drove me and my car to the BMW dealer, and even parked the car inside. His reassuring words were, 'Don't worry, I've got you, brother.' This company truly made my day yesterday. Thanks to John and the entire team at Safeway Towing.

We were lucky to find Eli online and he answered right away. Excellent service. Very friendly and efficient. He had a great recommendation for a mechanic and hotel if we needed one.

Allow me to preface this review by saying that before finding Safeway Towing, we had four other tow trucks come to tow my 1994 Mazda Miata, and all of them told me that they could not tow my vehicle since it was "too low to the ground." Safeway Towing finally came to the rescue and got the job done quickly, carefully, and professionally. I felt like the car was being taken care of as if it were their own. Trust me, they will not let you down. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a tow in the future, and I highly recommend it to you (especially if you have a specialty/exotic vehicle!)

I called just a few moments ago needing a wench out of sand by my house, not only were they friendly and understanding, but willing to immediately come to assist. Definitely keeping them on speed dial as my area has lots of sandy roads. Would recommend to anyone!!!
