Took my truck in to service the front end due to a noise when the wheel was turned. They kept my vehicle for over a week and fixed the original issue, but the vehicle developed another noise a couple of days later and the steering became extremely loose. I didn't have time to return it to the shop for a while, so I took it to a dealership in my home town where they informed me that several parts on the front end were left loose which is what caused the new issues. Now I'm having to pay $167 just to get some things torque down.

Let’s first start with the professionalism, the door was always held for me, Every time I walked in and out. Great upbeat, music. Smelled nice. Of course I was offered a beverage or two and my salesman Logan Hotchkiss was over the top, amazing and clean cut. Logan had so much manners and was such a gentleman. This ultimately made me feel so completely comfortable with the experience, which was my first, by the way. He was highly informative and never forgot to answer any of my questions. Keep up the fantastic work to him, kudos. Honestly, I don’t think that I could have gone to a better dealership and I think that in the future no matter where I am in the world, I probably won’t come back to this dealership and will Only work with Logan. Second time buying a vehicle from this dealership, it has always been very pleasant with the sales personnel, especially this time when picking up a 2025 Ram 1500 big horn truck . Sales representative was a Mr. Roberts very knowledgeable , very friendly and extremely professional goes the extra mile to make sure that you get the best deal possible. Went for a routine maintenance for an oil change. My service advisor (Marcous) recommended I do a spark plug change since my car is over 100k miles. After it was finished I drove my car back home with no issues. The next time I got back to driving my Jeep, several alerts came up on my car with numerous errors such as engine temperature overheating and servicing the electronic throttle control. I never had any of these issues until my car was serviced here. I then had to return the vehicle and they recommended a coolant flush which had to be paid from my own pocket because they did not want to own up to breaking my car. After the coolant service, my car is once again throwing the very same errors. Prior to coming to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, I never had issues with my car and
