This business easily gets a 10 star rating from me. They take “going above & beyond” to a whole new level and deserve every bit of praise. I can write a whole book on how Mickey treated me like a friend from the first phone call I made to his shop, till I drove off of his lot — but I’ll try to keep it short. I got screwed and bought a car which ended up having a bad motor. I got estimates from tons of shops who either couldn’t do the work “because it’s a hybrid” or wanted to charge me insane amounts!! Mickey took me in, gave me an unrealistically great price, and then further discounted it when he learned of my story and struggle with the unlucky purchase.
