He's constantly making sure we're getting the best deals, let's us know if our premiums are changing, & recommends the best providers for our needs. If I have any questions someone is always available to help me out or promptly find out for me. I very highly recommend them!

Worst insurance company in Iowa. Had my home owners through them. When it went to renew in December it had gone up by 30% I asked why and my guy told me because of Covid. Which is ridiculous I didn’t have a claim or anything. So I asked to add my car to it and see if it would help the price. He said we would get back to me with prices. Now he hasn’t answered my calls or called me back. Name is bill or bob something like that. It’s been 4 months now. Still don’t have coverage because I can’t get ahold of anyone. They must Not make money on renewals anymore.

Purchasing your first home is overwhelming. Thankfully, my work associate referred me to Mo White at Central Iowa Insurance. She works out of the Chariton office. Within the first minute of speaking with Mo, I knew she was going to earn my business. She is extremely kind and was happy to answer all of my questions. She pointed out that my existing auto policy was lacking in coverage which I was previously unaware of. She broke down my options and provided her recommendation but left the decision up to me. In the end, she was able to bundle my home and auto insurance for a great price. My home buying experience would have been significantly more stressful if it weren't for Mo White.
