I write this review as a disappointed customer. I chose to trust Sauter Automotive with my 05 Honda Odyssey as this vehicle was having an issue where 3 out of the 4 calipers were engaging at all times. Essentially the van was constantly braking for no reason. I chose them based on the 5-star reviews, but did not get a 5 star experience. I knew this was going to be a pricey repair and had saved 5-6k for it (I did not let them know this) . Initially I was quoted 4 brakes pads, 4 rotors, and 3 Calipers as one was behaving correctly. I’m my early conversations with Beth, the mechanics wife she assured me her husband the mechanic would find the issue and that all that work had been done, and that if need be we would replace the ABS Module and that he had replaced the brake booster and mast

They were great. They weren't able to fix my problem, but told me why and what I needed to do instead. Very friendly! I hope I don't have any problems in the future, but if I do, I'll call them first.

Chris & Beth are great people, honest, hard workers. I've taken my vehicles to them since they opened, I NEVER had an issue with any work done there. You not find any better people or service.
