I had a great experience with Central Oregon Auto Body and especially Brad. They repaired the bumper on my 2005 Subaru and did an outstanding job. The quality of the work was top-notch — you’d never know it had been damaged. The paint matched perfectly, everything lines up great, and it looks brand new again. Brad was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find shops you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. If you need body work done right, I highly recommend Central Oregon Auto Body and Brad. The team at COAB were outstanding from start to finish. My brand new Silverado was rear ended with under 1,000 miles on the truck. My truck was to be in an Auto show within a month and the team accomplished the goal if having it repair before that show. They worked with the insurance companies, who were trying to give me Non-Original parts, to get me all original parts again. A no brainer for a brand new vehicle. The owner even drove all the way North of Seattle himself to pick up the bed side panel.. the only one available in the region. This act alone got me up and running very quickly to be ready for the auto show and to be back on the road quickly. The whole team was great. Excellent service and quality A deer took out my mint condition 2023 Forester. COAB was able to quickly get me in for an estimate. They coordinated with the insurance adjuster, scheduled the work….and delivered a finished product two weeks earlier than anticipated. I’m sure some of that was the current workload being light. Regardless, i’m thrilled with the quality and the execution. Brad was a pleasure to work with; he explained everything very clearly. I’d recommend COAB to anyone needing repair work.

Central Oregon Auto Body repaired my car a few times. Excellent work, quick and efficient. They use authentic OEM parts and know how to deal with insurance companies, especially now when insurers try to not pay anywhere they can get away with, and insist on using refurbished aftermarket parts at the expense of safety. Highly recommend!

Our experience with COAB was fantastic!! They were very professional, accomodating, provided updated progress reports, reasonably priced, and their finished work product outstanding!! We obtained bids from several other autobody shops in Bend. COAB was the only shop that followed up after providing their bid. We HIGHLY recommend Central Oregon Auto Body!!!!
