Driving westward I heard a sound like ticking ...my wife said oh your hearing things ...well it was bull gears shearing ...we got towed to Central Power and they are the most kind, comprehensive,knowledgeable ever for my old 1998 fld Detroit 12.7 ...Cole the mechanic is absolutely knowledge and an meticulous expert mechanic ...all the staff Stacy,Brandon,Sonya were most accommodating ( it was quite stressful mentally as I am a type 1 personality) so I Thank You ALL from the bottom of my heart ...and the pricing for my rebuild was absolutely vary fair for sure . I can't praise everybody involved enough at Central Power in Colby Kansas....

Exceptional service. With this being a very difficult time and uncomfortable situation but the shop showed so much empathy which helped eased my husband mind. They worked quickly with our warranty company to get our repairs completed. This was the best shop experience we had. And yes our 18 wheeler is running like a CHAMP

Great shop, great people. Replaced an injector harness and water pump

I called them at 4pm Tuesday to check if they had an airdryer for my 2020 Freightliner cascadia, I gave them the vin number and they said they had the part. I got to the Pilot near there at 6pm so I had to wait till Wednesday morning, then they said they couldn't change the part till after noon. I waited till 1pm then they said the part wouldn't feet. At the end they made me go there, and wait and lose my time. And they even wanted me to pay just for open the hood take a few screws off and put it back again. Non sense lazy people.👎

Good group of guys, got d rated from the def and they squeezed me into their schedule for the next day. Can’t complain, got a bottle of makers mark and went to the hotel next door. Didn’t upcharge either.
