I had an accident in my brand new took it to this said it would take three months to repair They kept my truck one year I had to call on beg for updates constanthey never called me once to give me an update. I went to pick up my truck the parts they installed were cheap after market very bad parts the paint job had Orange peel trash in it and runs. And the front fenders were loose because they were held in with wood screws. Obviously I did not accept the vehicle. He told me he would fix everything and I could pick it up in 3 weeks. If you are in need of an estimate for a commercial vehicle DO NOT USE this company. After the Hailstorm in December of 2023, we were told to take them over to CTCS in Buda. We took all three vehicles in for an estimate for hail damage. We received the first estimate on one of the vehicles on 3/5/24. Today, I spoke with Mark-supposedly the owner-who asked that I not call to check on the status of the remaining two estimates needed for our insurance company. Mark stated, "He knows we need the estimates, and he will get them to us, when he gets them to us". My calling daily is only preventing him from working on other estimates needed. Well Mark, I need the estimates on our vehicles, so we can get the repairs completed and I believe 95 days to produce an estimate is MORE THAN ENOUGH TI

This place came recommended. Lady at the front desk really struggled to get me scheduled. Told me she was too busy to find me a time slot to bring my truck in at the moment. She seemed so sweet but overwhelmed so I was patient. She said she would call me back at a certain time but she never did so I had to call her back each time. I went through this with her 3 times and when I finally brought my truck in, they didn’t fix it correctly. The problem was caused by lazy work actually. I called about it and she said the same thing to me again and promised me she would call me back at a certain time. I said ok but called someone else immediately. Got it scheduled and fixed somewhere else with one phone call easily. She has yet to call me back. Never offered a refund or a fix.

I am amazed! Central Texas Collision Services truly takes the golden rule to heart. I'm the General Manager of a small moving company in Austin, we run 1 truck and a small crew so when we recently had body damage to our box truck we were extremely stressed about how far the damage was going to set us back. Everywhere we looked for repairs had wait times of over a month until we found Central Texas Collision Services. Kay and her team were ON IT! They were friendly, empathetic, and even though they were extremely busy they repaired our box truck in under a week. I think it's rare to find companies that continue to value and cater to small businesses. Cannot recommend them enough!

Summary: did a bad job and avoided me to fix. Brought my Tommy gate lift in for basic maintenance. Came back worse than before and not level. Called for them to fix about 5 times and was told that they will take care of it and that they promise me they’ll call me back to schedule. They never did. I even called them out and they still never took care of it. Not quality people.
