These people are the nicest staff. We were in Pella for Dr appt and our vehicle had issues. We called a tow truck and had it taken there. They went out of their way to get us in, fix our problem and got us back on the road. I would definitely recommend this business.

I regularly bring my car to Central for my oil changes. They are courteous, and efficient. If there is a repair that they discover upon their general inspection, they are upfront about the cost and the time frame in which they believe it should be taken care of. I appreciate the honesty.

I've been going to Central Tire and Auto for years. They are up front, friendly, and fast. Their repair work is affordable, and the one time they made a mistake on my car they fixed it for free. Highly recommend!

Came in to get a tire changed and was told it would only take a few minutes to get serviced. Sat and waited a half hour and still had to wait behind another person. I don't know why you'd lie and tell me you can service me in a few minutes when clearly there's a long wait. Deceitful id say. probably not coming back

I like to say "Thank you" to Steve and the service technicians. We were passing through from visiting our granddaughters and needed a oil change. Great customer service and price was very reasonable and prompt. 5 Stars.
