Would definitely recommend Ulrich to others the salesman Dylan was especially with all the questions answered and not being pushy was layed back and a vary relaxing experience we bought a new truck the finance team went way beyond what they had todo. We walked in knowing what we wanted and they did everything thing above and beyond to make it work for both of us. Very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Ulrich Ford of Pella is amazing to deal with! My husband and I have paid off two cars with them. I decided it was time for an upgrade for myself!! So I did!! After work I stopped by to test drive a beautiful Lincoln Nautilus!! I had been eyeing it for a week!! My sales lady was amazing!! Kyria made the process so easy!! I felt like I was hanging out with my daughter. She took me for a test drive and then we switched drivers! We cranked up the music! What a fun test drive!!
