Being in a car, accident is traumatic enough especially when it isn’t your fault. I’ve taken very good care of my car over the years and I had some custom additions to my car such as my windshield wipers they were both purchased separate from the vehicle. They did not come with the vehicle and when I was removing all my items from the vehicle this old man stormed out and told me that I can’t take anything that’s attached to the car. License plate bracket a dangling thing that was back of my car that was a shape of a pink cat. He was very rude and condescending had a nasty attitude, and was yelling and screaming at me and my partner Being belligerent and making us uncomfortable. My car was towed on the night of January 19, 2025, due to a small accident that happened during a snow storm. The damage resulted in minor bumper and fender damage to the front right side which left no debris at the scene. It also resulted in a broken lower control arm which required my car to be towed from the scene. The next morning I called Central towing company around 8.am to have my car towed to my mechanic and asked what the price was to have it towed and how much I had to pay for the service from the prior night. The person who answered the phone was very rude, refused to release the car saying that the insurance agent needs to come and see the vehicle before we release it. I called my mechanic back and he called the company with me on the phone. The mechanic asked the tow company

My experience with this company has been great ! I never had issue with them at all . One of the best thing is they are right behind my house . They are very professional and really nice . The lady at the front desk is very nice and love seeing a woman who knows about cars too. It makes me feel good. Lol

I needed a disabled car moved from my side lawn to my driveway, I contacted another local, competitive towing company and they said they couldn’t move the vehicle as they didn’t want to “damage” my lawn. Central towing came out within 15 mins of my initial call, the driver was so nice, polite, down to earth, professional and most importantly he didn’t damage my lawn, that I couldn’t care less about, mind you. I’ll use this company for all my future towing needs. I wish I knew about them sooner. I can’t say thank you enough to Gary!

I would give six stars if allowed. Gary was a magician delivering the car into an impossible space. Everything from booking the tow from the office and interactions with the driver was a dream. He assessed the situation before moving the car and went back to the shop to change equipment suitable for delivery to our storage unit. Everything we could ask for and more.
