I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin today, July 7, 2024 as he was assigned to tow my Toyota Avalon to a car dealership in Danville, VA. Upon arriving to my house, Kevin was courteous, knowledgable, professional and reassuring that my tow would be handled correctly. Excellent customer service. Initial tow truck couldn't tow due to my vehicle being blocked in. Dispatcher called back immediately to say she was sending another driver with a smaller truck. All were courteous and efficient.
