AAA sent Alexis from Centri out late on a cold winter night to provide roadside assistance. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, kept me and my AWD vehicle safe, and got me back on the road without a tow. I worked in customer service for a huge company for 20 years, know how to recognize extraordinary service, and that's exactly what I received. Ten stars out of five. Thank you.

Had to get a jump after 11pm last night when our car wouldn’t start at the Amtrak station. George came out quickly and was very helpful and thorough, we were on our way home within a few minutes. Very grateful for their prompt response and helpful service!

CentRI Towing just gave amazing customer service. Marco did an incredible job. Instead of having to tow our car to the garage, he was able to get our hood open (broken hood latch cable) and get our car started, probably saving us a couple hundred dollars. I can't recommend their service enough. Thanks Marco...you're the man!

I cannot say enough good things about Centri Auto!!! We needed a jump start and the auto technicians AAA usually send were unavailable so, Centri took it over….from the Dispatch, Christine, who I spoke to a few times, to Collin who jumpstarted my kids’ car and Jonathan and Brian who came out later to install a new battery!!! I am so thankful for them!!!

Absolutely amazing towing service we got from them. I belive his name was Carlos, he put the customer first and was genuinely an awesome guy. Love to see people like this!
