Rented a van from this place. Had to pick it up at 7am on a Sunday and the owner was really kind and very professional. He came in person (at 7am, outside of regular business hours) for a smooth pick up experience! Everything went fine. It was convenient that I could park my own car on the street. Highly recommend this place for your U haul needs.

Theres nothing more stressful than moving & i booked it online & Carlos does a great job, he was very helpful & explained the process & was there to help us with the pick up & return, he called me & confirmed & checked on us!! Thank you Carlos, i found the price very reasonable, his place is on abbott st & explained clearly which uhaul place was his, the yard is clean & easy to find

Reserved a U-Haul trailer at this location and everything went smooth! Carlos was very kind and helpful. He called to confirm everything and ensured the trailer type I asked for was available. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a trailer pick up and I’ve done quite a few.

Carlos gave us a great customer service experience! We reserved a big Uhaul truck for early morning pick up; however, they don’t open until 1 on the weekends and so he reached out the day prior to coordinate early morning pick up (which we needed). Additionally, he thoroughly inspected the vehicle, checked fluids, and verified we had a good truck. He’s such a nice guy, and we really appreciated the effort. You don’t get a lot of good customer service in the area, but this was so above and beyond I had to give a review!!!! Thanks Carlos!
