Unethical business practices and lack of integrity!!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience at Century Auto Collision. Don’t let the owner’s 'kind' demeanor fool you; he is highly deceptive regarding pricing. We initially agreed on a specific price, but when it came time to pay, the bill was suddenly 50% higher than the original quote. When I questioned it, he insisted that the higher price was what we agreed on from the start. Since there were no other witnesses or a written contract at the beginning, he used that to his advantage to overcharge me. This felt less like a professional service and more like a calculated scam. I strongly recommend going elsewhere where the business is transparent and honest.

Im going to call the BBB and file a complaint. They have no idea what they're doing as far as getting your mechanical parts replaced. They give you the run around and they claim your insurance company should pay for any additional damages after they clearly couldn't fix the issue the first, 2nd nor 3rd time after getting my car back from their shop. The black guy is very rude and thinks he's going to bully me. He doesn't let you speak so here we go. Another law suit is on the way. Well I tried calling Kent Tang multiple time in regards to a paint job that cost my insurance over 6k in 2018 by 2024 it was peeling. I got service from his store when it was in north Quincy same sign same everything just was called south century auto. He since has moved to dodge responsibility. Working with this guy was a nightmare he behaves like a child when they do something wrong don’t expect him to take responsibility. Stop using people’s insurance to get top dollar for your crappy work or at least stand by your product like a man.

This place is the absolute worst in the area in term of customer service. If I was able to rate a zero star I would have given them a zero. Terrible !!Proceeded to damage car during a simple oil change and refused any sort of compensation or repair! Cause of We had an argument with the owner over price, the driver side glass was break when it came out.If I didn’t rush for the day 100% I would call the police ，He was on purpose!!!

As a woman with no experience with cars and being single, I had to walk into a shop full of men and ask for help. Even though the men there were extremely gracious to begin with and found out what the issue was and called my dealership because they thought that it was an extended warranty type issue, they sent me home and told me they'd call me. They never did. I called the mid-afternoon he told me people get busy and was a little bit rude about it and told me he'd call me by the end of the day and he never did. I found another mechanic and I actually called them and I told them that if they say they're going to call somebody, they need to stick to their word, they are a business, and because of them not getting back to me at all, I went to another mechanic and I gave them all of my busine
