Cerino's Auto Sales

We are very large customer for Penske, Enterprise, and Ryder - we rent about 30 vehicles and we have been operating for months running a delivery business. We needed some additional vehicles so we chose to visit Budget Truck Rental at Mark Cerino's location - Cerino's Autos in Folcroft, PA. The WORST customer in the world. We made a reservation for 10 vehicles and had every intention to rent all of them however after the inspection we noted major safety issues with many of them, bald tires, lights not working in some, damage in many of the vehicles, many were dirty and never cleaned. We asked Mark if we could rent 2 of the 10 vehicles as 2 of them were honestly in safe drivable condition. He rudely told us to walk away and never come back as he can rent all of these to someone else. He

I purchased a truck from Mark and been having issues with it ever since I brought it. I been to the shop 5 times and the supposedly fix the issue. The check engine light came on a few days after purchasing the vehicle. He told me to bring the truck in. Stated that he fix the issue. 3 weeks later the check engine light came on again. I took the to auto zone for testing and the gave me a list of possible problems that could be the issue. I took the truck Mark to Mark with the diagnostic report from Auto Zone. He claim the cause was the the thermostat, which wasn’t on the list. Now 2 or 3 months later the check engine light is back on. And what won’t fix it for free, when the same issues when I purchased the truck for 7,000. Now I have a 7,000 truck that I brought Mark at Cerino’s with engine

Extremely dismissive via phone. I’m trying to set an appointment but the response was “just give a call before you come”. This is the call to see your availability… anywhere, not for me. Terrible customer service always equals terrible products

My first impression wasn’t worth noting and I wasn’t sure if I was going to have a good experience here, however, Mark took care of everything he said he would. I was interested in buying a work van and when I took the vehicle to my mechanic he said,” This vehicle is clean and in great shape, if this is a trick, they did an excellent job of hiding it. I think it’s a great buy!” There was a few things I asked mark to fix on the vehicle, broken power window switch, damaged/loose side door hinge and I requested a jack for the vehicles spare tire. Mark said he would take care of it all and he did. When I returned two days later to purchase the vehicle, they had the vehicle ready with everything we had talked about being fixed. I recently purchased a used 2006 Chevy Silverado pickup truck from this place, found out the day after that the transmission would get hot after an hour of driving which any regular mechanic would not find out since they most likely wouldn't drive a vehicle for a straight hour out of their day, I took it back and let them know the problem and found out the truck needed a torque converter and they replaced it for me at no charge. I felt that they went above and beyond helping me out and about 2 months later the truck now runs great with no problems. Thank you to Mark & Joe for their excellent service.
