I cannot thank Omar enough!! Literally saved my life when I called about a noise. Turns out my car was completely unsafe to drive. I pulled over on 95 while he walked me through next steps. He did thorough checks and worked with me, it wasn’t just about a job or my money. The crew treated me like family rather than a customer and complete stranger. I left feeling informed and genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know.
I hit a deer on the way to the Philly airport, parked and watched all the coolant pour out of my busted radiator. Omar sent a tow truck and then repaired it for a very reasonable price. He easily could have taken advantage of my situation and didn’t. He was very helpful and professional.
I had a great experience with Varsity Auto with the owner ensuring that not only was the car safe to drive, but was timely in knowing I was not from the area and needed to get home. He even ensured I made it home safe which was going above and beyond. If I’m ever in the area and have issues again, wouldn’t hesitate to return!
I got two flat tires at the Philadelphia International Airport right before a flight. I contacted Varsity Auto Repair and Tow, and Omar took great care of my car. The other day I had my car serviced at Varsity Auto Repair and Tow in Flocroft PA, and I was extremely impressed with the service. I was stuck at Philadelphia airport coming from Delaware and Omar made sure that my truck was towed quickly to him. Great communication with me. The staff was very friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the issue with my car and the repair process clearly on phone and in person. I felt like I got a great value for my money, and I'm very happy with the work they did on my truck. My truck has specific problems but Omar and Mike took the time to figure out the other problems I had. I highly recommend Varsity Auto Repair and Tow and will definitely be returning for future service needs.
