I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Creative Automotive Solutions was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. The owner was not only rude but openly insulting during my visit. Instead of offering solutions or treating me with respect, he seemed more interested in belittling my concerns. What troubles me most is questioning the motives behind this behavior. Was the hostility meant to push me into unnecessary services? Was it simply a lack of professionalism? Either way, it left me doubting whether this business truly values its customers or just sees them as easy targets. Automotive work requires trust, and after this encounter, I have none in this shop. This place and these people saved me on one of my most stressful days. In November of 2024, I had just dropped off my dog for major surgery at the Animal Medical Center of New England. I drove 3 hours from Easton, Ma so she could have the best doctor for the procedure, and on the trip there my tire pressure kept dropping and I was hearing a weird noise. After calling a few other places that told me they couldn’t fit me in that day, Certified Automotive Solutions said I could come bring my car down. They looked at it and saw my tire that was leaking was actually damaged down to the steel wire. There was another thing wrong as well, which I don’t remember but it was something else big, possible my brake pads were low. They got everything fixed well before my dog was out of surgery. I find them to be very honest about what service your vehicle needs. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. The new car transmissions have a manufacture schedule of when the fluid needs to be replaced and the right type of fluid to maintain the warranty. If you don’t change the fluid and you have an issue you will be responsible for any cost no matter what warranty you have and it will be costly.

I had an oil change with Certified (Moody) Auto. While they were working on the oil change, I received a call from Mike that other work should be done. They are knowledgeable and always notifying you if things should be done now for your safety, or in the future. They are attentive and honest about your automobile needs. I have been coming to them since Mike started and even before that.

Would 1000% bring my car back and recommend to everyone. I brought my car here for a second opinion because I thought I was being overcharged and ripped off at another place, I got it towed there and had it looked at and diagnosed the same day! Micheal and the other technicians that I never got the names of were so incredibly nice and friendly. I picked my car up the next day and the technician explained everything to me about what happened to my car. They even threw in a discount! If you need a reliable place for your car, this is the place!
