Certified Transmission

Used Certified to replace my 2018 Chevrolet 1500 transmission and they did an amazing job. The extended warranty company gave us the run around but Mr.David and crew stayed on top of it the whole way. Would definitely recommend!

Not a trust worthy shop. They knowingly serviced customers cars with a "defective batch of transmission oil." Instead of calling the customers they serviced and trying to do right, they did nothing. Also refused a refund to the customers who later on got transmission problems from their mistake. I brought my perfectly fine vehicle to them to get a simple oil change and was left with lasting transmission issues. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

The only place I’ll take my car to get its drain & fill. Hopefully I won’t ever have to call in the heavy work with my current car, but I’d still defer to Certified Transmission if it ever comes to that.

Great shop to use. Got me in and out surprisingly quick for a full rebuild on a 6l80e. Transmission shifts flawlessly and they actually take the time to explain what all they did internally to it. Their guy that does reprogramming is amazing at what he does and very knowledgeable. Very happy and will definitely return.

Dealership I purchased from paid to have transmission issues fixed(slipping, hesitation, etc). The dealer paid $2800 for them to leave a bolt loose and cause transmission fluid to leak out. I reached out to which I was told to send proof and never received contact back so took it upon myself to fix the issue, when I went to take off the part to replace it, I noticed the bolt was barely tightened which cause the issue in the first place. Contacted them and their response was “we’re human, we make mistakes” (understandable). I informed them everything I had to replace and the price, they asked why I couldn’t drive an hour away for them to fix the issue themselves when it was visible leaking and driving would have done more issues. They informed me they would send me a check in the mail for w
