STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS (South’s Custom)!!!!!!!!!! I received the lowest quality service in every category that I have ever received from a “local” business !!!!! The owner will take your money and send you on your way , and then a few hours later when you discover that the work you paid for wasn’t done right and in my case has damaged your vehicle (bolts not tightened, a couple nuts rounded off and essential parts not installed) you can be certain that they will not stand behind their work!!!!!!! I had $2750 something dollars worth of upgrades done there (tires,level,alignment) and it ended up costing me plenty more at a different shop to get my vehicle (Navigator) back to road worthy condition and this was after taking it back to (South Custom) multiple times without th

Went in to have my truck aligned. They did the job and sent me on my way. Immediately after leaving I noticed the vehicle wasn’t driving very well. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go home and rotate the tires. Did that and the truck still drives bad. So I called to tell them they needed to look at it again which they said they couldn’t that Saturday, said they could Monday but they already knew I was leaving out of town Sunday. So I asked for my money back which they gave it back but I had to drive 30 minutes back to the shop to get it. Which when I got there I didn’t need to be in person to do the transaction. I had my 2022 FX4 leveled and they installed 4 new tires. They got the job done in a little over 2 hours. The price was great and my truck drove down the road as straight as a board. They do a great job. Check them out.
