CFC Recycling

I called a few days ahead of time to get pricing on a day cab big truck. I was advised by the lady in the office of the current pricing and hours of operation. I heard the voice in the background of a gentlemen that was confirming what she told me over the phone. Once I prepped the truck to there specifications, i took the truck to their facility. After they unloaded the truck I was told they were not going to honor the previous phone call and would only give me torch metal pricing which lowered the value to 60% of the previous mentioned price. I am not sure if they were trying to take advantage of me or if the office staff is not properly trained. I do not know that I could ever trust them in the future.

Dry van pick up (Aluminum), Be ready to have a Hard Hat. GPS truck entrance: (35.3875436, -86.1571311). Start with the scale on your right. Then go upstairs (park truck on scale), then drive to docks (straight and then left), do a U-turn and back in to dock. Just wait in your truck... 30-40 minutes and After they've loaded the trailer, a man will come to you and ask you to go back to the same scale, weigh yourself loaded, and then return to the docks. The man will bring you a BOL.

I've only been here twice and out of the two times that I've been here and I'm 100% satisfied with the employees and the way they got it set up. It's hard not to recommend CFC when the have a batting average of a thousand.

The staff is rude. If you live far away I would suggest that you call to find out about things before going. Their policies need to be under the pick and pull section. And if you have to sign a waiver to enter what does it matter what you are wearing. Wouldn't have put any stars on this but had to so I xould leave a review.

They are very good to help with aluminum cans I had saved. I didn't have to lift my bags out of the pickup truck bed. Rates for the cans are up a lot right now.
