I had another insurance company for many years. All my motorcycles, cars and home, and when I needed them the most, especially after just having brain surgery and diagnosed with brain cancer, they helped me the least. Not only that, but my call wouldn't even get picked up by their office, but transferred to a call center in what sounded like someone in India who I had difficulty understanding. I am so thankful to Kerry at Chad's office. They pick up my call every single time, answer my questions and are truly a delight to do business with. As long as they keep up their awesome communication, reasonable pricing and continue to treat me like a valued client, they will keep me and eventually get more business from me. Kevin is so awesome to work with. He has great communication, is professional and very supportive. I needed to switch my home and auto from another company due to very poor service from that provider. Kevin spent alot of time with me over the phone working to find the best polciy and coverages for me. With Insurance cost rising in CO it is impotatnt to be able to contact and speak to an informed person so that you understand what you are paying for and peace of mind that you can have consistency and reliability with your quote and policy.
