NOVUS Glass of Douglas County

I went to the Parker location yesterday and absolutely LOVED the friendliness, quality and speed of service. As soon as I pulled into their parking lot, I was greeted with 3 service men who were ready to begin working on my windshield and rear view mirror. I went inside and met Cori, the receptionist. She was as pleasant and welcoming in person as she was on the phone. I highly recommend and will definitely use Novus again!!

Impressive experience for a great cost. Needed to replace a quarter window, and they got me an immediate appointment over my preferred communication method. Incredible service with many promotions. There's a coffee shop nearby that they seem to have a good relationship with that provides a tasty americano. The aftermarket window is noticeably different from the stock honda window, but I'm more concerned with functionality than aesthetics. Will update in after a few weeks about the installation quality.

Novus Glass of Parker is outstanding for all things auto glass! I have had them repair windshield chips; replace my 4Runner windshield as well as my Silverado windshield and love their competitive prices and work ethic! Just good people! My Silverado recently needed two side windows replaced and they did an outstanding job once again! I truly cannot say enough about this local company that has beaten the pricing of the “big” glass stores and collision repair service joints by a large margin! I highly recommend you give them a shot at your next chip repair or total glass replacement! Kori, Kris and Kanaan are all gems as well as the entire Novus Team in Parker, CO!

My wife's 2018 Rav4 recently had its windshield crack, so I reached out to 5 to 10 nearby auto glass shops to get an idea of replacement options. NOVUS, and Kori in particular, stood out so much that I will never use or recommend another glass shop again. Kori responded extremely quickly, clearly explaining how my insurance policy would work if I went through it, and provided a great quote and shop availability. I was very impressed with how smooth and fast the service was. The replacement windshield looks perfect, and the ADAS recalibration is flawless. The customer service and technicians here are extremely competent and pleasant to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The best experience I have ever had!! Chris took me right in & fixed my chip in less than a half hour! I can’t even see the chip anymore. Cory at the front desk was so nice too!! The device is outstanding!! I recommend them to everyone!!
