Chad's Quick Auto Chelan, LLC

I've been going to Chad's Quick Auto for several years. Their service is always excellent and fair. Recently, I brought my F150 in for a transmission problem. Thanks to Quick Auto for diagnosing and repairing the problem at a reasonable price. Shout outs to Mason for providing frequent updates on the status of my truck and the price it would cost to repair, and to Jose the technician who did the repairs. My truck is running well again. I will continue to go to Chad's Quick Auto to repair my cars and trucks.

What great, empathetic, honest, amazing people! They still exist. 4 friends in town for a proposal weekend and before heading home my car had the check engine light comes on. After being booked with a busy day they were able to fit us in to quickly identify the first issue. Quick as the name states after 30-40 minutes later they got the part and had us up and running. 20 min later to find out that wasn't the full issue. Then the quickly got us in at their 2nd shop and with one of their most experienced mechanics figure out the issue and got it fixed so we could get back home. I was in town visiting family and had car issues, my mom recommended Chad's and we went dropped the car off and they repaired it and had it ready for me a few days later. We made it home safely, thank you so much!

Chad is a great guy and really knows his stuff when it comes to cars. You can tell it’s a family-run business—friendly, honest, and reliable. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else in Chelan. Highly recommend!

Got me in same day, was able to get the alternator replaced for me and saved my 5 hour trip home. If they didn’t come to the rescue I would’ve been stuck here. Big thanks guys!
