The disappointing part is that I prefer to shop local... Keep small businesses afloat especially in tough enough times. I ordered parts that Chelan Auto did not have in stock. I was told a specific price and was willing to take a couple days out of my time frame to wait on them to come in. The day they were due for delivery; they proceed to tell me their shipment hadn't come in with everything they had ordered. I accepted that being that it's not their fault. I show up in store the following morning and they proceed to explain they hadn't gotten their shipment nor had made a call out to them for an explanation as to what had happened. I tell them that for my particular situation, I needed the parts later that day. By the time I had checked back it had been nearly the full day and close to

They saved the day! The gentleman came out and checked out my broken boat trailer and went above and beyond, helping me piece a temp fix together so I could get home. I highly recommend supporting a business like this that displays the values of a small-town auto repair shop. Thank you!!

Went in to get a bulb for my car. Was met with a good morning and friendly smile. I got what I needed quick. I was in a hurry but the conversation was to good to rush out.

Very polite service, they help you out with heavy stuff. They also have old school hotrod stuff that other places have forgotten.

My favorite auto parts store. Very helpful. I ordered the wrong part and they were relentless in finding the right part.
