Chad's Tire & Auto

I went in 6 weeks ago for an oil change, service was just fine. No issues during that experience. However! Im now trying to do an oil change on my car myself as they are booked out 2 weeks (i drive over 100 miles a day for work, simply couldn't wait that long) and their technician tightened my oil pan plug so damn much I cannot break it loose. I've tried an impact drill, leverage, and tapping it with a hammer and it will not budge at all. Very frustrating. Needless to say I probably won't be going back there for an oil change anytime soon.

Chad’s Tire and Auto is great. I was thinking I needed an alignment but after describing the scenario, they recommended that I didn’t. Other companies would have tried to convince me I needed that and many other things. Love the honest business model they run! They got tires installed the same day I called and I didn’t even call until 2:30pm. Great service, good prices, honesty.
