2012 Kia forte. Stopped shifting out of park. Someone walked me through a “diagnostic” over the phone. It was the switch interlock. Had it towed to them. I was quoted $970 for repairs. However, while he was digging for information on the repairs. He found out it might only take 2.5 hours. So he also gave me that quote. After the repair was done they charged me for 2.5 hours labor and part! I was surprised. That showed me they are a very fair shop, I’m not there, they could have told me it took 6.5 hours and charged me the original estimate. But they were honest! Will be back for any future repairs, and will be recommending them!
