Definitely went above & beyond when I went in the other day for a oil change & inspection. I couldn't find my registration for the minivan & wasn't even sure it was in there. My man cleaned out all the trash on the floor & found it for me. Definitely earned that 14 bucks 😆
I had a cv axle needing replaced before having a 6 hour drive ahead . I got car in on a Wednesday late evening, they ordered part and I was able to pick up vehicle Friday so I could safely make my drive that Sunday. I had called another business near the Port and it was almost 200.00 higher as well as a longer wait to get to my car.
Went there to swap wheels and tires with a friend. The owner, Chris charged me $20 more to put the tires on mine they just took off my friends that I bought the tires off of because it was “harder” .... IT WAS THE SAME WHEELS. Never going back.
New to area chose Chadwicks after being ripped off by others and they seem to be very trustworthy, we will be back to verify this after more work completed.
