We ran out of gas today traveling back from Springfield about an hour away from home.. First time for everything.. literally Paul goes oh we need gas and the truck started dying…. No warning light and we both had our mind on other stuff.. Chaffin towing had us back on the road in 15 mins.. We contacted them ourselves after spending 40 min sorting out roadside assistance and realizing they contracted out people from Paragould Ar 2 hours away from our destination in MO.. Thankfully the towing company roadside assistance contracted told us “hey if you call a towing company on your own closer they will get to you faster!!!” We did and Chaffin towing was so helpful!
They came to the rescue when we where broke down in a small town came out fast and when we had more tire problems they came back and got us right Skyler was so nice we are not from here and they have been so kind
The guys here are great. Super friendly and reply quickly. If you ever find yourself needing a tow give them a call.
These guys are very prompt and the friendliest towing experience I've ever had, I definitely recommend using them!
